Discount codes, promotional codes, sale prices, and gift codes cannot be combined. Discounts do not apply on certain items. PetCareRx Points cannot be combined with any of the aforementioned discounts, and the PetCareRx Point discount will override said discount if you choose to redeem them.

Free shipping offers are applied after discounts and PetCareRx Points usage, to orders being shipped within the contiguous U.S. only, and do not apply to orders over 35 lbs. or pet food items.

PetCareRx reserves the right to limit coupons to one per household.

PetCareRx does not accept manufacturer rebates.

Scratch & Win

The Scratch & Win program is our way of awarding PetCareRx Points to our loyal customers. Your prizes can range from 25 PetCareRx Points up to 1 year supply of a Flea and Tick medication! No purchase required to claim prize. Offer open to U.S. residents, 18 years or older. Void where prohibited. Game cards are subject to verification and void if altered, transferred, sold, reproduced or exchanged. Sales tax to be paid by consumer. No other discounts may be used or combined with this “Scratch” offer. To redeem your prize, call us or enter your prize code at checkout. Limit one prize, per party, per visit. Some restrictions may apply, see site for official rules. PetCareRx has the right to substitute products of equal value if needed based on supply. PetCareRx reserves the right to change the offer at any point in time.

Claiming Scratch & Win cards is easy. Scratch the paws on your card and the matching values are your award. You need to then scratch the ‘PRIZE CODE’ bone to get your unique code to claim the prize. Please log in to your account at PetCareRx.com if you would like to add the PetCareRx Points to your account. Once you enter the code, you will receive a notification popup saying how many points you have earned. You can then claim them when you are ready to order by logging into your account and then claiming PetCareRx Points on your order.

Alternatively, you can also enter them in the ‘Scratch & Win’ code field on the cart page while placing an order.

4. Using PetCareRx Points from Scratch & Win codes that cover the entire order total requires shipping be paid, if your post discount order is under $35
