Rated 4 out of 5 by Bring back the pate Although both of my dogs like this wet style food, I was much happier with the former pate style food. It was evident that many others felt the same....those cans would fly off the shelves and I would often have to go to more than 1 pet store to find it in stock. The beef and rice is healthy, however I would like to see a reduced fat version. In addition, I find many fat globs in every few cans I open. I do not care for the particular cans being used - after being "spoiled" by the pate cans which came with a lid (the new cans are not a standard size can circumference & I cannot find a lid to fit.) In addition, the older cans were terrific for portion control....very easy to cut in half or quarters so that you can see how much food the dog is getting per meal. I am pleading with Eukanuba to bring the pate food/can style/reduced fat back. Many thanks. November 3, 2008
