C-SKIM 1800 ADVANCED PROTEIN SKIMMER

The Red Sea C-Skim 1800 is the easiest-to-maintain advanced protein skimmer on the market, introducing commercial features at a hobbyist price. Designed for placement in or next to a sump, the C-Skim 1800 can be powered by your aquarium main flow pump or 400 gph separate pump. A dedicated closed loop aspiration pump gives over 200 gallons per hour of air, creating a true water-to-air ratio exceeding 3-to-1. Its compact square footprint maximizes sump space, while all controls are on one face, making setup and maintenance a breeze. Regulate foam height easily using an integrated adjustment lever and patented "FoamViewTM" window. A 3-position lever on the same face allows you to lower water levels for routine maintenance without unplugging pumps or uncoupling any fittings. Or flip the lever down to engage the C-Skim's innovative neck washing system. Performed daily, this feature increases skimmer efficiency by over 40%, ensuring peak performance! Built-in drain plug fitting means you never have to remove the collection cup.
