De Flea Pet and Bedding Spray is non-toxic and kills fleas, ticks and lice on contact without the use of pyrethrin based pesticides. For use on bedding, carpets, furniture, and directly on dogs and cats over 12 weeks of age. The shampoo will not wash out spot on" flea and tick treatments. De Flea products kill all stages of an insect's life cycle: Eggs, larvae, pupae and adult. You may also use this product on yourself and your own bedding. You do not have to saturate the bedding or fabric that you are treating with DeFlea Pet and Bedding Spray to be effective."
