Rated 4 out of 5 by This is a wonderful product I purchased this several years ago and I can't stop raving about it. My cats absolutely love this thing. One of my cats had never been much of a water drinker, but as soon as we replaced our old fountain with this one she immediately started drinking a lot more water. It is easy to clean (dishwasher safe) and refill (no unnecessary reservoirs). My main problem has been getting replacement filters. For some reason petcarerx has stopped carrying them. I recommend purchasing this item from a store that actually stocks the filters. You won't regret it. April 2, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 Not worth it. This water foutain initally seemed great. It's quiet, not terribly hard to clean, and our cat loved it. I've purchased 2 of these fountains. The first one lasted 6 months, and the 2nd one lasted less than a month. The pump is not made to last. And, to purchase a new pump cost almost as much as a whole new unit. I'm now looking at another brand, with the hope that it will last at least a year!! August 15, 2011
