About Farnam Flea Halt

Farnam Flea Halt is an insecticide that kills fleas and ticks on dogs and controls fleas and ticks on the premises. It is a water-based flea and tick spray with a citronella scent.

Start spraying at the animal’s head, avoiding the eyes, nose and mouth as you spray. Make sure the entire body of the dog is covered including legs, under body and tail. While spraying, fluff the hair so that the spray will penetrate the skin. Make sure spray wets thoroughly. Avoid contact with genitalia. Reapply every day.

To control fleas and ticks on the premises, thoroughly spray infested areas, pet beds, resting quarters, nearby cracks and crevices, along and behind baseboards, moldings, window and door frames, and local areas of floor and floor coverings. Fresh bedding should be placed in the dog’s quarters following treatment. Concurrent treatment of dogs is recommended. Reapply every day.

To kill and repel flying insects in dog quarters, spray the areas where insects congregate. Direct contact of spray on insects will cause rapid knockdown and kill. Spray around outside door facings and screens to render area unattractive to insects. This helps repel insects and prevents entrance into building.

Rated 5 out of 5 Farnam Flea Halt My dogs were itching and scratching a lot when the weather got hot, but Farnam Fleat Halt put an end to that. It not only kills the fleas and ticks on them, but it repels all sorts of insects. They can't stand that citronella smell. I love it!!! July 9, 2012
