About Clemastine
Does your pet suffer from allergies or common colds? Clemastine is an effective antihistamine that provides your pets with a respite from their symptoms. It treats the most common aspects of colds, such as sneezing, congestion, capillary swelling, and watery eyes. It also acts as an antipruritic to help soothe itchy hives and helps with a wide range of allergies, including atopy. It exhibits fewer side effects than other widely used antihistamines, making it a safer choice for your dog or cat.

This medication is administered orally which means no uncomfortable injections. Simply give your pet the standard dose every twelve hours: half a tablet for cats, and half or a whole tablet for dogs depending on size. Clemastine is available over the counter, so there's no need for a prescription. Clemastine will have your pet back on her paws and breathing easy!

Rated 5 out of 5 wow I have been to my vet countless times getting my shih tzu steriod shots because of the non stop itchying... I'm so thankful for this meds...but i found it on another web site MUCH cheap..only 14.00 a bottel and the shipping was 7.00 that's a few dollars cheaper October 29, 2009
Rated 5 out of 5 Allergic to Florida? My dog became itchy with no other explanation other than environment. When we visit my parents in Maryland, she doesn't need the clemastine, but as long as we're in Florida, she has one a day. With out it, she scratches and gnaws at herself and has hot spots. Rated 5 out of 5 Only thing that helped my dog We tried numerous vets, medicines, tests . Benedryl didn't work, nor did the prescriptions the vet put her on. I looked online and found out that Tavist ,which is the Clemastine, had better results than the other meds without as many side effects. My dog still has some problems, but this medicine has worked wonders. I wish I would have found this before all the vet bills, tests and especially all the months of misery my dog went through. Rated 5 out of 5 Itch relief This product is very effective in the treatment of allergies and skin problems and prevents excessive scratching and licking. PetCareRX's price is far less than what we usually pay at our vet's office. April 19, 2008

Rated 5 out of 5 I had a snorer I tried everything for my shelter rescue dog that snored, had dry skin, and was not very active. This helped alot. I give it everyday, and once I stopped using it, and saw the difference. So it works well for her. Doesn't make her sleepy, either. August 8, 2007
Rated 5 out of 5 Relief for my dog and me Was using Chlorpheniramine and Diphenhydramine, but relief was marginal and her skin was dry and she still scratched. Was leery of trying Clemastine because of cost, but it does work best. One pill daily and a bath or two a week. Still has some problems, but very much better. Still a big pain in the butt for me, but much better July 21, 2007
Rated 5 out of 5 Helps my dog with seasonal itching My yellow lab gets quite itchy during the spring & summer months. Clemastine has been the only non-prescription med that will give him any relief! May 27, 2007
