How Does R-7M Ear Mite Treatment Work?
The base of R-7M Ear Mite Treatment is a chemical called Pyrethrin. Pyrethrin is a neurotoxin that when delivered in this dosage, should be harmless to pets, while being fatal to insects. Once the liquid is administered to a pet, the solution attacks ear mites’ nervous systems and they die. The liquid will then either evaporate from your pet’s ear, or will quickly degrade and disappear. Pyrethrin is considered to be among the safest (to mammals) of all insecticides.

Rated 3 out of 5 Undecided I did the 3 cleanings as recommended however my kitten still shakes his head and still has those little black dots in his ears. I dont want to chance doing them again as I don't want to make his ears sore. I called the number on the box left a message and never heard back. So I don't know what to do. Product works a lot of junk came out of his ears but I'd like to know if its safe to use it again or what?? July 17, 2009
