About Duramune Max 5-CVK
Duramune Max 5-CVK is a vaccine for healthy dogs ages six weeks and older. It is recommended that your dog be vaccinated annually to protect against canine distemper, adenovirus type 2, hepatitis, coronavirus, parainfluenza, and parvovirus. This vaccine comes with the patented INFOVAX-ID System.

This system provides a simple method for recording information regarding vaccines given to your pet in a veterinarian's office. The label from the vaccine is peeled off and then placed directly in your dog's medical chart.Starting at six weeks, puppies should be put on a regular vaccination schedule.

Your puppy should be vaccinated every two to three weeks until he or she reaches twelve weeks of age. Dogs over twelve weeks of age should receive one dose of Duramune Max 5-CVK and then a second dose two to three weeks later. This vaccine is for veterinary use only.

The packaging was excellent, the vaccines were cool in the styrofoam container wth the cold packs. Even when the stray dog we took in attacked the box, it only made a hole in the styrofoam container and the cardboard box. The vaccines and the UPS man were also fine. April 20, 2008

When they didn't come back I thought I'd lost being able to find it, without going to a vet, forever. I've looked for quite a few years and finally decided to check it out online.
