Question:

I have a Yorkshire female seven years old I am finding several small warts on her skin. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? Also even though I have her teeth cleaned often and feed her only dry dog food her breath still is bad. Is there anything I can do about this? She is very picky about chewing breathmints and spits them out. Thanks Wilma

Answer:

You can start brushing your pets mouth and you can also try mouth rinses made especially for dogs. Have a vet check the warts. If they are only warts I would not worry. This is normal when pets get older. Good luck, vetcare
