approx 1 month ago our cat had an eye infection or possibly a tooth infection and the vet gave her clavamix 15 ml. now the eye is infected again. will the clavaix 15 ml 2x/day clear it up again? She also has a thiroid problem which she takes methimazole 5mg 2x/day. Her eating has improved, however she still looks very thin. Would you suggest another med or change the dosage?
The vet has to run a blood thyroid level test. In return you can adjust the medication accordingly. As far as the eye infection you can't solve it with the Clavamox itself. Thanks, PetCareRx Vet Team
