Dufus is an indoor 6.5yr. old tiger cat. He's had a track infection which has been treated and is all better, but now refuses to pee in his litter box he will BM there but no way on the other. We've tried cleaning his messes out of the carpet, he goes right back to it. He's healthy as a little horse otherwise.. HELP PLEASE, Dufus' mom. THANX
Have you tried cleaning the area where your pet urinates with natures miricle? This neutralizes the urine scent. You can also try putting your cats food in the area where she urinates. Try buying another litter box and changing the litter. Use 2 boxes instead of one. Good luck, vetcare
