my indoor cat is getting some kind of stuff maybe rash under chin that turns black. even tho he is indoor we still give him stuff for fleas just in case he gets out.is there something that can be done to help this condution? it only stated after we had him neutered.
Sounds like acne. Try cleaning it daily with anti-bacterial soap. Have the vet check it. vetcare
