I have a male cat that has continued to go on the floor for quite some time and the vets have only said use the squirt gun. I have tried this, more boxes, different litters, spraying carpet with repellent, putting him in the box before and after and rubbing his nose in it. I am about to move in a new home and cannot bear to get rid of him. My animals are my life but I am eagerly searching for answers because he will ruin the carpet and wood floor. I have noticed that when he is treated for worms it does not completely go away. He also has developed blood in his stool. Please help me. Would this worm problem cause his behavioral problem or the other male being the dominant?
I recommend that you treat Inappropriate Urination with valium, if all other methods have failed. The worms are probably unrelated. vetcare
