my cat baby is a male and is loosing weight in legs and neck but is gaining weight in belly it sort of looks like hez pregnant the way it sticks out on the sides.what do u think is wrong?

This could be fluid in the abdomen or a tumor. I recommend a visit to the vet. vetcare
