Question:

I have a 9 month old male mini pinsher. And I have two chiwhawhas a male and a female. And when I take them outside together to go to bathroom and they come back inside the mini pinscher will like my male chiwhawha on the privates. The male chiwhawha is fixed. So, my question is, why this kind of behavior?
