my 15 year old female cat has some sort of fungus or growth eating or covering the outer portion of her lips. i cant tell for sure if the lip is receding or if the hair is just gone. i noticed this last week 5-31 on just the bottom of her lip on one side only and now today 6-4 she has it on allover. do you know what it might be?
I am not sure what this is b/c I do not have the privilege of examining your pet. A fungal infectionis a possibility. I recommend a biopsy. This will give you a definitive diagnosis. Good luck, vetcare
