My dog has these wartlike scabs on his back and rump around 7 or 8 of them running in size from a pinhead to an aspirin. they ooze and form scabs and never seem to heal. I clean them with alcohol and put a anti-bacterial salve on them to no avail. please advise. ( he doesn't seem to be in any pain with them )
I recommend a visit to the vet. This could be a skin infection in which case your pet will need antibiotics. Another possibility is an auto-immune skin disease. Vetcare
