i found 3 puppies in a dumpster at my farm and they all seem to be in good health except one who has some very deep gashes that have already healed on the outside but are still juicy on the inside, i need to know what i should do to help these heal, and the dog has diharrea and it is vomiting even if we feed it solid foods it still has the runs, please help me i am very worried.
This puppy should be seen by a veterinarian for treatment. It sounds very sick and I am not sure if there is much you can do especially since the puppy is vomiting and having diarrhea. vetcare
