About 3 months ago I noticed a weird zit-looking thing on my 11 year old male cat's neck. It is still there & I noticed a few more by his ears. He is a strictly indoor cat so I would be very surprised if it is fleas. He seems to be scratching the areas where the zit things are but no other parts of his body. They don't seem to hurt him because he lets me pet him where they are. Do you have any clue what these may be? Thank you.
