My beagle weighs in around 40 lbs. I have him on fit n trim but he's chunky. What do you suggest? Also, if there is brown substance in the ears but no smell, is it just dirt or an ear infection? I've been using an ear cleaner. Thank you.
First, your pet needs to be seen by a vet for the ears. It is possible your pet has an ear infection but I can not tell you for sure without an exam. Second, fit and trim will not cut it. Your pet needs exercise and a low calorie diet such as science diet r/d. vetcare
