My dog has been taking phenylpropanolamine for the past year for urine leakage. Her daily dosage has been 25 mg, which seemed to work, but lately I've noticed increased leakage when she sleeps. She weighs 53 pounds; is it okay to give her two doses per day?
You should talk to your vet about this but it is not uncommon to have to increase the dose. Good luck, vetcare
