Question:

My unspayed female cat, about 6 months old, just won't let up when it comes to trying to get the shiny balls off the xmas tree. She's been sprayed with the spray bottle so many times...and it dosn't faz her unless you get her in the face. She's too energetic and playful. I'm wondering if spaying her will calm her down a bit? Also, is it normal to get hot ears and paws right after eating canned food, then going on a rampage, running around, playfully attacking almost anything that moves?

Answer:

What you describe sounds like normal kitten behavior. Try a repellent spray avaialable through aour site or at any pet store. vetcare
