Rated 2 out of 5 Noisy It doesn't fit "neatly" over the door handle, it just loosely hangs there. So the 1st time my cat batted the toy, the plastic noisily jostled against the door. It scared her and she never came near it again. (Even if she had, the noise would have woken me up if she decided to play at 1 am.) My cat likes the sparkly toy itself without the plastic door hanger attached, so I'll give it 2 paws instead of 1. Because it was cheap I'm not bothering to return it, but I wouldn't buy this again.
