Pet food ships to the contiguous U.S. only. Any orders placed for pet food will ship within the next business day. You must have a street address for delivery. Pet food cannot be shipped to an APO/APE or PO Box, since UPS is used for delivery. If you order pet food along with other items, please be aware that you will receive your pet food order in a separate shipment. You will not incur additional shipping charges. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Open or partially used pet food is not accepted for return or refund unless a problem
exists with the quality of the product. We will do our best to ensure customer satisfaction,
so please call us toll free at 1-800-844-1427 if you have any concerns about the
product delivered to you. We will accept returns within 30 days of the delivery
